These clowns keep leaving garbage around on the sidewalk near the property they are servicing, despite having been asked several times not to. It has included sharp bones from their lunches, soda cans, broken plastic ware, food wrappers, cigarette butts, and a used Covid mask they threw over another neighbor's wall where their grandkids could have gotten it. Many of us walk our dogs in the area, and mine nearly choked on a very spiny bone left there this weekend. It poked my hand when I was trying to remove it from her throat, and I will have to watch carefully to ensure it did no damage to her mouth or esophagus. THIS COULD HAVE EASILY KILLED MY DOG. This is not the first time. Between me and their client, we have made several phone calls asking them to stop littering, posted a sign, and spoken directly to the crew, but they are still creating a health and safety hazard. If you value your pets, small children, or relationship with your neighbors, don't hire them.

Did exactly what they said they would do. Job was done professionally.

LWe met once at the property with Greg, the owner. We walked around the property and discussed of wants and needs. He called the day the gardeners came to the property to confirm their arrival, and also called to confirm their completion. Gave us a written estimate after our visit. He sent us a bill within 14 days. Nice and professional, but friendly and helpful. Note: We paid 1/2 at contract signing, and other 1/2 upon completion of job.

I had my back wall area landscaped. My one request was specifically for several philo (monstera) plants. I was offered a chance to go to the nursery to pick out plants but because I was undergoing chemotherapy, I declined. I trusted that Greg with his experience had listened to me and thus would pick easy care plants that would look tropical as well as cover the wall. What was planted was lots of lua'e (grows like weeds), a few red ti leaves, lots of white ginger, lots of haleconia, some ugly plant that looked like a weed which I have subsequently tried to pull out. He placed 4-5 yellow hibiscus that were to eventually hide the pool filter. They have been sickly, infested with some type of pest since planted. He also added a third fish tale palm to balance the two I already had in the ground. Come to find out, they grow like crazy and take over and require lots of trim back. Since all the plants are in fully now, I am disappointed with the arrangement or lack of arrangement and in the type of plants chosen. His workers were good and courteous. The ground prep etc. was good BUT the design and plants used were not done well.

Greg, the president of Pua Lani, is directly involved in any major project. He is also readily accessible for and responsive to minor issues. He has provided excellent advice regarding type of project, choice of plants, and layout. Greg is thoroughly professional. The team that works on landscaping projects does a very good job and performs on schedule. I consider pricing quite reasonable for the work performed. The weekly maintenance is always carried out on time. Different from the team involved with landscaping, this team requires some supervision and guidance, but I have experienced no major problems. Pricing for maintenance service is toward the high end; however, the range of service provided and the responsiveness of Pua Lani to special circumstances or requests fully justifies the fee. I continue to use Pua Lani and recommend the company without reservation.

Does not listen to the client needs.I do not want this service provider to have my name .This town is to small.

They are very experienced. They do a very thorough and complete job.
