Finding Pacific Drain Service on Angie's List was not in our plans today (long story), but we did. Mr. Perkins answered the phone and just happened to be on the road near our house - he came over in about 10 minutes. He not only cleared the drains - he gave us some great tips, cleaned up , and checked thoroughly to see that things were working. He's efficient and personable as well.

Clogged stainless steel sink at my Dad's house. Really stuck. Almost no flow at all. Checked the P-trap myself. Clean; no clog. Went on Angie's list to find a company to clear the drain. Read Mr. Rooter's review and one of the reviews there led me to Pacific Drain Service. Called and talked to Bobby in the afternoon. He said that he could not get to me that afternoon but he could see me at about 11:00 the next morning. This was fine with me since it was not an emergency. Gave him my contact info and that of my sister who lives closer to my Dad's house than I do. At 9:30 the next morning (earlier than the 11:00 estimate), he called my sister per the instructions that I gave him. He came and cleared the drain. It was due to grease build-up. It took him only about 10 minutes. He also checked the nearby laundry sink after he cleared the kitchen sink clog to ensure that all of the clog was gone and that there were no related problems. None found. Very friendly, and efficient. He also gave my sister tips on how to keep the drain from clogging again. Yes, I recommend Bobby and his company.

i called Bobbie in mid afternoon explaining the problems. he stated that he would contact me after his first job the next day on his way over. he contacted me @ about noontime and came directly over. after showing Bobby the two back to back bathrooms he went to his truyck and returned with a snake the likes of which i had not seen before. he immedsiaterly wiorked on the toilet and told me that the problem was that it was a very llow flow toilet and would not likely have enough power to flush any solids and that i should contact a plumber to replace it. Bobbie then went into the guest bathroom, removed the drain plug switch cover on the side wall and proceeded to snake the drain through there which I asked about as all previous "plumbers" had attempted to clear the drain through the actual drain hole with a much smaller less professionsl looking snake. After a few minutes,, he asked me to turn the water on in the other bath.He cleared the immediate problem which resultedwewas from the same customer but a bit more detaill solids and to have a plumber come and i returned as he removed the snake. Both tubs were running water on full and draining normally. it had been years! Needless to say I was very pleased. I paid a little more than $140.00 and have enjoyed showers free of standing water for weeks now. He then explained to me that the hair trap I had over the drain was not a good one and that I should go to Longs and get the strainer type hair traps as they provided better water flow as well as better hair trapping. i thanked him for his se

I called a friend who recommended Pacific Drain Service. Bobby called my house Thursday morning and he said he could stop by around noon to take a look at my kitchen drainage pipe. He was going to give me a second opinion because I had Mr. Rooter of Oahu tell me that my kitchen drainage pipe collapsed so I was going to need major repairs done. Bobby arrived 15 minutes early and asked me what was going on. I explained that I had Mr. Rooter of Oahu out and after the second visit the plumber thought that my kitchen sink drainage pipe had collapsed. Bobby brought in a snake machine (that looks more professional than the one Mr. Rooter had) and started to run the coil through my pipe. I told him that the last guy was only able to get to 10 feet before his machine couldn't go any further. I went to pick of my son and then went and checked on the progress, he informed me that he was already at 35 feet and still going! He had me flush the toilet and he said that it sounded good so I ran my hot water for 5 minutes and that was it. He was literally here for 15 minutes and fixed the problem! Since he was so good I had him fix my upstairs toilet too! The whole thing cost me $161 (includes tax) and 30 minutes! I am so thankful that he was honest and did such a fantastic job! If you are looking for a plumber he is the one...I also urge you to read my review on Mr. Rooter of Oahu they are the ones I had originally hired to do the job and told me my kitchen drainage pipe collapsed: This was due to either an inexperienced plumber or they were trying to take advantage of a desperate woman (who's husband was out of the country) and didn't offer an apology or a refund! Go with Pacific Drain Service you WILL NOT be sorry.
