Description of Work: Called Bill to see if he would repair my riding lawn mower. It smoked so bad that my neighbor thought my garage was on fire. Bill told me that he did not work on riding lawn mowers but said he could give me a few ideas of things that could be wrong. He thought I might not need to spend $500 or $600 on rebuilding the engine as I had imagined. He told me to check 3 things on the engine which I did and found 2 of the 3 needing fixing. His willingness to take his time to help me ended up fixing my mower and cost me $0. I can't thank you enough Bill and will refer you to anyone that needs small engine repair.

Description of Work: Bragged how other customers get their lawnmowers tied up for a long time with sears. berates me when I show up to see if progress is being made cause I am supposed to sit back and wait for his call. Only works part time he says and had to get the KMCAB equipment done first Now going into fifth week. What a Putz

+ -1 moreI had a newer mower that wouldn't run and he gave me sound advice to save my money and not repair it. Better to just move up to the more reliable Band S Platinum engine equipped mower. If I need service in the future I'll definitely be using his service.
