They did a really good job and I was really impressed with them. They listened to the issue that I had with the big step and they took out and did some major remodeling to remove a concrete barrier that was in my way and changed all of that and installed a complete accordion shower. The price is expensive, that accordion is expensive. I knew that going in, you get what you pay for.

o Their propsal was very professional: It was very detailed. It listed all that needed to be done, with options you could choose with the prices listed. So one had a good idea of the cost and how to keep it within one's means. They also provided you a start-date as well as end-date. They provided you with a schedule of when the demolition crew; plumber, installers were scheduled to arrive and kept to that schedule. They answered and explained things I was not sure about. I was also provided a critique sheet to accomplish which I did. If I was to have another renovation, so to speak, I would consider them.
