+ -1 moreGreat company. Highly recommend. When we had a small leak in the new roof, they were there immediately and repaired it. Great contractor. Would use them again. Fair prie and honest hard work.
Description of Work: Replaced complete roof on time and for stated price. Removed old roof. Checked underpinnings for damage and termites. Replaced roof. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Diagnosed source of a leaky roof, repaired it with flashing. Fixed the problem. The original roofer (not Al Rezentes) had two chances to fix the leak but was unable to do so.

+ -1 moreI found them honest easy to work with, cooperative, punctual, well managed and fairly priced. This is a relatively small family owned company that treats customers like part of the family. I was very impressed at the end of the job when I attempted to offer Mrs. Rezentes final payment and she refused. She said she would not accept payment until she personally went up on the roof and inspected the work. Even though, as an architect having my own home reroofed, I had inspected the work and was satisfied, she would not accept payment until she was satisfied. Coordination with the painter when flawlessly.
Description of Work: Removed old asphalt shingle roofing and installed new, upgraded asphalt roofing including some carpentry (replacement of wood fascia and some small areas of wood deck), attic vents and flashing around plumbing penetrations. The work was accomplished at the same time as the house exterior was repainted. Part of the work was coordinating with the painted - who would do what and in what interlocking sequencing.
