Description of Work: carpet cleaning in three rooms. He attempted to clean some chairs, but they were too badly stained so he recommended not cleaning - I found that very honest!

 + -1 moreI have never met a more thorough, professional, capable service provider. Jake Mason showed up on time, ready to work. He verified the job, determined the best ways to get into the house to minimize impact on the walls (and family), discussed the level of effort and confirmed our agreed upon price BEFORE he started. He provided extra attention to some stubborn stains. When completed, he noted that the job really wasn't the square footage they normally clean for their 'minimum' job and insisted upon cleaning an additional area rug to support his fee. He then noted that the day was going to be humid, and volunteered his high power blowers for the next 8 hours to dry thecarpet...this was all without my asking. Pleasant, timely, sharp, professional...I will definitely have him back when the rest of the house needs cleaning!!

Description of Work: Advantage did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. We have about 80 square yards in our living/dining area---light beige carpet. We also have two doors that lead to the outside in that area, which means lots of traffic! AND a big dog! |I'm sorry that I forgot the name of the gentleman who did the work---he was great. He helped us move furniture and took great care with our belongings. Arrived exactly on time and was very professional. |The company was very pleasant to deal with on the phone, too. |Great job---would definitely use again!

Description of Work: Have used them repeatedly. Steam extraction for a 3 BR house, with stairs. Efficient, careful, professional. They are not the cheapest, but one does get what one pays for. They know their fabrics and solutions. Have also used Advantage for furniture cleaning. They did good work, but it was almost $500 for one microfiber sofa, ottoman, and two chairs. Will continue to use them.

 + -1 moreI called to schedule carpet cleaning on a specific day. The owner's wife took my call and moved another client in order to accomodate me. She also quoted me an estimate that was more agreeable than the other three companies I called. The gentleman that owns the company did the work. He is an honest, hard-working and friendly family man who was way more than fair in his estimate. He came when he said he would and took measurements before quoting me a price that was well below his wife's estimate. He was pleasant company while he worked and treated stains as he found them. He did an amazingly thorough job. I am a military spouse that was nervous about going with any business I did not know anything about, but both the owner and his wife put me completely at ease. Since his quote was much lower than I anticipated, and because he did such an excellent job, we gave him a very large tip. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advantage to anyone needing cleaning or restoration services. I believe he is the best in the business, and you should consider yourself lucky if you can get on his schedule.
Description of Work: Advantage cleaned 2300 sq foot house with four bedrooms, two carpeted dining rooms, living room, den, closets and stairs. Three stains removed completely.
