+ -1 moreThey are very professional, they are prompt, on time, they are pet lovers, and their charges are equal to most, they don't over charge. They are coming out next week to do my carpet.
Description of Work: I used them probably 3 or 4 months ago, and they did carpet cleaning in our house, plus our rental property.

+ -1 moreAwesome job. It is a husband and wife team which we have been using 2 to 3 times a year for the past 6 years or so. They are pleasent, punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: They moved furniture as needed and isolated any remaing pieces from the floor. Vacuumed, pretreated and cleaned carpet. Large fans were then used to dry the carpet.

+ -1 moreI specifically looked for a carpet cleaner with a truck mounted unit. It has been my experience in the past that it does a much better job. I was surprised to find one located in Kailu. Greg estimated the job very close over the phone but I asked if he would stop by for a better estimate (I was worried because of the heavily soiled condition of my carpert). He was very punctual, both for the estimate and the cleaning. He and his wife spent over 3 hours on the job. It turned out fine. I intend to use this service again in the future.
Description of Work: Cleaned wall to wall carpets in 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs, dining area and living room.

Description of Work: A to Z did an excellent job cleaning our wall to wall carpets. They used a hot water/steam extraction process, with equipment housed in their van, and hoses up into the house. They were courteous and careful, on time and worked steadily and carefully. The carpets had not been professionally cleaned for over three years, and the results were great! The drying time was less than a day. A to Z was recommended by friends and real estate professionals in Kailua.

+ -1 moreThe Watts arrived on time, brought in their equipment, did the work with little disruption to the household and completed in a timely fashion, (even with the additional items requested)! From the first telephone call, they were courteous, professional and provided good information. Best of all, we are amazed at the result! All the pieces are really clean and refreshed and literally 'new' looking. It's great! No question that we'll continue to use (and recommend) AtoZ services.
Description of Work: AtoZ cleaned the upholstery on two multi-cushion sofas and an over-sized (off-white) side chair, all of which exhibited clear evidence of constant sideswiping by the beloved black Newfoundland in residence! After their arrival, I added four additional cushions (again, off-white) from two rattan side chairs, which they took in stride. I had asked Greg to do the initial estimate from a couple of emailed photos in order to save time. His estimate was spot on with the original work order.

+ -1 moreThey properly pre-cleaned and prepared my furniture, taking care to cover their shoes to protect my white carpeting. I had them clean my car's carpeting as well and an area rug that turned out great.
Description of Work: It was a true pleasure doing business with this company! I own high end, down-filled furniture and looked for months until I found a company I trusted to clean my furnishings. Professional, on-time, quality equipment and products and very knowledgeable of unique cleaning techniques. I should know, I owned a janitorial company for 14-years. If you care about your property call them!
