Description of Work: I had two other plumbers address the problem. Both of them overcharged and made my problems worse. Since A1 did the job, for much less than either of the first two I have actually saved almost the whole cost on my now HALF water bill.

Description of Work: Fixed leaking under kitchen sink by replacing sink faucet and disposal with new ones we provided. Charged $150 for 1.5 hours labor, plus $24 for two faucet hoses. |Tony who provided the service was prompt, professional, friendly, and we'd definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Fixed both bathroom bath tub fixtures. Leaking from the main knob. The pipes were old and parts were not readily stocked but they managed to find parts and they ordered the remaining parts which took about a week.

Description of Work: This company does not give estimates. They charge $90/hr and will just show up and work till they finish. Very difficult to do business this way. You have no idea what the price will be...not even a ballpark estimate is provided.

Description of Work: Had a toilet overflow. They came within two hours of my call and repaired it, at east temporarily. They told me I might need more detailed inspection, which I did considerably later ,with a company they recommended when I called them on a Saturday night. I will consult them first if I have any other needs later. Very professional.
