That was probably in 2014. I would not use them again. I called to set up an appointment and the first time they didn't show up and then the second time they almost didn't show up so I told them to follow me to the house.

There are some other companies that spray your bushes for ants and they don't do that and I just haven't found them to be really accommodating for that with trying to keep the ants down.
Description of Work: For pest control we went with Terminix. They come out every quarter. They spray the exterior and if we need the interior they do that.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control -- inside and out. George also comes any time during the quarter to treat unexpected problems. He is the best. He also does my termite control on a different contract with the same company.

I felt that the pest control with roaches and ants was pretty shabby. I was with the company that they bought out and the service was excellent and then once Terminix took over it went down. The price kept on going up and the service kept on going down. I was not satisfied with their service so I said I spray it myself. I would not use this provider again in the future.
Description of Work: I had two services with them. One was the pest control with the roaches and the ants. I was with them for years. They sprayed around the house.

The Terminix has changed so quickly around here that the next time I called them to complain about the service, there's s different manager. They're wonderful, good and have been very responsive. I would use this provider again in the future.

Description of Work: Had chronic problem with tiny ants. Nothing we did helped. After months, the Terminex guy put out some magic goo that cleared out the ants in a day. They have not come back. Also trouble with rats getting in our crawlspace above the ceiling. Poison takes care of them but then the die up there and I had to go up to get them myself. The Terminex guy had more magic stuff that kept the rats from dying in the crawlspace. Mission accomplished.

Our service tech, John, was awesome. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions, asked some and offered really great solutions. We find him to be a welcome visitor every quarter now.

They did an excellent job. They are really good at coming back even an extra time each month if we need them to.
