My wife and I selected Marco Silva to be our Buyer's Agent to help us buy a house in Kailua Kona, and after working with him we are convinced that he is the best Real Estate Agent in Kona. I highly recommend him. We were on the mainland and before we arrived, Marco spent a lot of time doing research and screen properties that fit the criteria we provided to him, and he would send us summarized lists of the potential properties along with pictures, video clips where available, MLS listings, property tax and building information from the county, etc. In short, he provided all of the information we were looking for to help us narrow down our choices. Once we met him in person, he did a great job of showing us all the properties and answering our questions and helping us with our big decision. I highly recommend Marco and cannot think of anything he could have done better. He is a top-notch realtor.
Description of Work: Marco served as our Buyer's Agent as my wife and I looked for a house to buy in Kailua Kona.
