+ -1 moreThe person on the phone turned quickly hostile because i did not have a date as to how long I was willing to wait for an installation. I told her I did not have a specific install date so she said they did not want to business with me. I own several houses and have never been treated this way by a vendor.
Description of Work: I called to make an appointment to get a bid on a new system for my Waikoloa home.
