I was a bit disconcerted initially because I was waiting for an appraisal and an estimate. Instead, the repairman fixed the leak. Luckily it turned out ok in that the work done was in my price range expectation. He did a good job (I think). The next heavy rains (We get a LOT OF RAIN here) will be the telling tale. At this stage, I'm satisfied with the response and the service and the courteousness of the repairman.
