Beyond great. He has the knack for honing in on what you really want. since many of us buying in the islands have limited time to spend, it is important to have someone who doesn't waste your time. We first met up with Kevin in May, and then he sent us regular emails on available properties as they came up so that we could review them right away. When we arrived again in August we were ready to go, and immediately found the property for us which we are really excited about. Although it was not a "high price" deal, Kevin had great attention to detail in the "deal" portion, clearly working in our best interest to obtain the right price and deal. Alaways professional while maintainingg an Aloha kicked back spirit, he was comfortable and really fun to hang out with, and since he grew up on the big island, had those ittle insights into neighborhoods and snorkeliing coves which gave us the information we needed to make the best decision on our investments. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a relaxed island style property hunt.
