 + -1 moreThey are the biggest sub-zero, wolf store here on the big island. I cannot rate their service for a purchase order but only on their customer service. They are too busy to give a call back. They will not provide answers upfront but want you to respond by email. That already puts a distant feeling toward to customer. Sometimes too much professionalism puts a barrier between the seller and the buyer, I just was not comfortable and did not feel important to them. Some customer questions can be and should be answered readily.
Description of Work: Chose not to use their service.

 + 0 moreAgain excellent - it was important to describe the issue - they arrived with a few parts it could be. It was a switch and they replaced it and my washer was running by 10:30 am.
Description of Work: Excellent - I called at approx. 9:30AM - they came right away and it was fixed.
