Dave Toland is the best of the best! Personable, honest, a great communicator, and he ensured a high quality job was done! And I canâ t say enough about his son, Seth, who was the lead on our job. Seth was incredible to work with! Very punctual and ensured the client was happy and satisfied as the job progressed (and ours was a Very big job!). I am very meticulous, which Iâ m sure is not the easiest client to have :-) , but Seth attentively listened to all of my comments and made modifications to address my concerns! We had SUCH a GREAT experience with Dave Toland, his son, and supporting workers. If I could give them each a 10 rating, I absolutely would!! Very Highly Recommended!

Our bathroom remodel was the second project that Dave Toland and his sons have created for us. The first project was a few years ago when we moved into our home. It was carpeted everywhere. In Kona Hawaii, who needs carpeting throughout? Especially, if pets are in the home. The second project finished today, January 14,2021. All we can say is WOW! It is beautiful, it is creative and absolutely lovely. His son, Seth is so smart. He instinctively, knew what we wanted. He created, our Dream Spa like bathroom. He has a great eye for design. Some planks had moved away from the wall exposing the subfloor - Dave came by and quickly fixed the problem at no charge - very friendly

This job turned ugly right at the beginning when we found that the floor under the carpet was not feasible for installing tile. Dave and his son Luke (who did most of the actual work) persevered, expanded the job to include removing the old flooring, and did an excellent job. I love my new tile floor, the workmanship is top notch, and they were very easy to work with. It is solid, stable, quiet and very professionally done. You will not do better on the Big Island than Dave and Luke.
