+ -1 moreWe started looking for homes in April, and closed on our home before the end of May. The entire process took less than 45 days, which is pretty amazing in this market! It was a fairly traditional real estate transaction, so there is not much detail to go into.
Description of Work: Purchased a home in Kailua-Kona HI. Worked directly w/CJ, the proprietor. She knew the area extremely well and found us homes to look at l in our target area, excluding homes she knew we would not be interested in. CJ was very personable and quick to respond to all of our needs.
