Description of Work: Replaced electronic circuit board and restored functionality to in-door ice/water dispenser. Also fixed leaking gasket on freezer. Did a great job and although he had the opportunity to overcharge us was very helpful in finding replacement parts at better prices. Knowledgeable, very honest and pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Washer repair, replacement part (agitator) first repair visit and belts replaced second repair visit. It as assessed in May, agitator part ordered and fixed it in June. When I brought up something else it was assessed that I should have the belts replaced and the repair person ordered them and returned in about a week. Washer is working without problem.

+ -1 moreMy brand new Magic Chef microwave stopped working. Mike was out in no time and knew his stuff. He determined it was the circuit board and although thought it would be several weeks before the part came in, was back in about a week to get it to work. When I bought my new refigerator, (Maytag), it made terrible grinding sounds like there was a bad bearing in the compressor (still does). Mike came out, listened, and said it's absolutely normal. He showed me the manual where that said I should expect and quot;hissing, pulsating, rattling, popping, and water running and drippingand quot;. He stated the manual should have also said grinding, too. So he has a sense of humor, especially since he didn't fix anything, he doesn't get paid. So he's honest, too.
