+ -1 moreAfter I contacted them, they were here within 2 days to give me an estimate. A wind storm had blown down a large limb into my back yard and they gave me estimates for removing the limb, heavy pruning the tree, and taking the tree down. All estimates were considerably less than the others I'd received by that time. I agreed to their proprosal and they were in my yard within a few days to complete the work. It was obvious the tree trimmer knew exactly what he was doing, from safely climbing the tree, to pruning the exact amount and knowing where to cut. They picked up all the debris, raked all of the leaves and left my yard spotless.
Description of Work: I have a 35-40 year old tree 60 feet tall in my year that needed trimming or taken down. I wasn't sure which one. I called a few tree trimming people and even an arborist. I was given a huge quote by the arborist who recommended taking the tree down. I got another lesser quote for some tree trimmers who obviously didn't really know how to prune a tree of this magnitude. A.B. Logging and Tree Service gave me quotes for both taking the tree down and heavy pruning (which is what it needed) and then spent two days at my home literally manicuring the tree using a combination of professional climbing ropes, etc. and small tools to thin the tree as needed and lower the branches safely. They were professional, pleasant, and knew exactly what they were doing for the good of the tree. I would have them back in a heart beat and will tell everyone I know to contact them if they are considering trimmng trees on their property.
