+ -1 moreI get a bill for $364 and he demand immediate payment. Bill says he replaced both sink drain rings and drain piping. I replaced one side less than 2 years ago. But I can live with him being cautious. I can't abide a service professional that charges you for a job where he gets to win the lottery.As a non-professional I have done such work in less than an hour, I will say it took him less than 2 easily. That means he charged me about $170 per hour. Buyer beware, Mr. Bears is happy to take advantage of you.
Description of Work: Provider was contacted by my tenant for leak at a sink. He call me and say the drain ring is broken, he can fix it for $110/hour, for less than about $350. He may find other parts that need replacement too.
