+ -1 moreThey were very helpful and called to answer questions and explain what they were doing. It took a while because as they added some things, the system would go down again. Hence, they kept the system to make certain that it was up and running.
Description of Work: --Repaired modem that was not working --Cleaned and checked modem --With the repair, kept it to check to see if it was still running the next day --Included installation

+ -1 moreI called, Rick had me drop off computer that day. Within a day Kim got back to me with advice, questions, etc. I went in as soon as I could, they were both great, informed and professional, good rates and prompt, thorough service, excellent follow up.
Description of Work: I was having trouble staying online with Firefox and for some reason FF4 would not download for me. Kim installed FF4, ran diagnostics on my Firefox connection and overall Macbook maintenance and I don't know what all else. Whatever she did fixed the problem!
