 + -1 moreThe product was as promised and the delivery was prompt. It's a durable product but it is a product that is new to the market so they didn't have as much experience with it. It wasn't an easy installation for them.

 + -1 moreI noticed that there was one spot in the floor that seemed to click when we stepped on it. I called the salesperson Bob and told him the problem. He called me back the same day and was able to schedule an installer to come and look at it. When the installer came he was very courteous and examined the area thoroughly. He then fixed the problem by pulling up the carpet and then reinstalling it. Givent hat this was a relatively simple fix but the willingness to fix a small problem even though it might have been something major.
Description of Work: My contractor referred me to Hawaiian Carpet One Floor and Home. I was ver impressed with their follow through and customer service. They installed my carpet perfectly and gave me the exact carpet that was right for my house. I love my Stainmaster carpet. With young kids nothing could be better. The Loop carpet is so soft my kids fall asleep right on the floor. Stains are not a problem. I would recommend Hawaiian Caret to all of my friends and especially my family.
