Got a Free install on the ice maker due to dent on top of refrigerator. Purchased on 02/19/5015. Purchased the 60 month warranty for$169, I always purchase the added on warranty. The fridge was delivered in a timely fashion, but the installers did not come to my home with the connector from the water spigot to the back of the fridge. After 2 or 3 attempts we finally got together and it was installed. Here on Maui it is customary to remove your shoes as a courtesy. Installed did not do so. I had to clean up after he left. No senior discount; I'm 71 years young. I've used them for every appliance in my kitchen. It is almost impossible to have something installed on the first attempt. Every one had an air of courtesy. They didn't come out to do the initial measurements and asked me to do it. In previous installs they sent their installers to do the measurements to make sure the unit fit into the specific space set under and between a wall and stove and cabinet above. All in all after 3 attempts to meet up with the installers it came down in a satisfactory way on March 11th.

We were stuck replacing our Bosch over/under washer and dryer with the same kind. Space and lack of outside vent made it impossible to use another model or manufacturer. So I was expecting to have a problem getting the right one. Hamai had the set in stock and were able to promptly delver and install right after Thanksgiving, much to my relief. All went as expected and after three months no problems.

The nice lady who took my call was very helpful over the phone and I was able to avoid the $125 service call. I would certainly use them in the future since they earned nothing from this episode. A much different experience than I would have received at a big box store.
