Bug Man Termite & Pest Control Inc

I started with this company 16 years ago when the father ran the company. Service was excellent. Recently the father died and I'm told the family took over. It is a disaster. They NEVER arrive on time IF they arrive at all. They have not helped the foliage issue (infestation) despite many treatments. The supervisor arrives and says and quot;I guess we need to try something differentand quot; after multiple failed treatments which is what I told them months ago. He said, and quot;I'll have the office call to set up an appointment to give both topical and systemic treatmentsand quot;. Guess what? A week later no one has called. This is a chronic issue and has happened before. So I called and got an appt. lined up and guess what? They didn't show at all! So I called again and was rescheduled. Tomorrow is the appointment and today the office called and said the owner said I was too difficult to deal with and they won't be coming. The people running this company never learned anything from their father and would have been far ahead if they just sold the business when it was thriving. Thank you for and quot;getting rid of meand quot; before I got rid of you. Unfortunately for some of the employees who are nice and try their hardest, the owners and office are incompetent. If there are any good reviews on this company in the last year or so, it's probably a friend or a false reviewer most likely.

I love my bug man. I love the man who comes out to do and his name is Daniel. He's awesome. He comes and takes very good care of us. I would use this provider again in the future.

Scheduled to be out for tent fumigation, upon return to condo found that we had forgotten to bag soy sauce in fridge, this was taken out and poured down sink with bottle left in sink. This was not the problem, it just let us know that indeed someone had been in fridge after we left. Refrigerator was left open from Tuesday morning until we returned on Thursday morning. All food was ruined, refrigerator now making awful sound, light bub won't work and can't wait for electic bill. Contacted Bug Man 3 x's by phone no response back. Sent 2 emails, no response back. Property manager asked him about it when on property for another building his response and quot;I asked my guys, they didn't leave it open.and quot; Well, someone did, someone who went in after us and who knew to empty out the forgotten food, which I'm pretty sure was one of their employees. No response, no attempt to compensate and several hundred dollars down the drain, more if refrigerator ends up needing to be replaced.

They did a great job for me, I was moving out and had this done after I moved.

There was nothing done.

We have a good relationship with them, had one issue with them and they stepped up and did the right thing, promptly. Great people and a great company.

Everything went well, and they did a good job with the treatment.

They are very thorough, and the spray they use is pet friendly for my cats. I'll use them again.
