Description of Work: I was looking for a custom shower replacement. They gave me a choice of 4 "package" deals. Not what I was looking for. Salesperson excused himself to make a call to get me a deal. Came back with a price that was only validn if I signed right then. RED FLAG. I asked them to leave. I do not like pushy salesmen. Hounded me by phone for days with "better deals". Finally I just started hanging up on them when they called and the calls finally stopped.

+ -1 moreThey came out and didn't have the parts. We explained everything over the phone. He had to leave and come back. He then showed me how much everything costs, and I noticed he bought 2 of everything. While he was here, he was on the phone a lot which kept him from his work. I was unhappy with this service and don't plan to call them back. Though, they did refund me about $40. I called the company and complained afterwards.

+ -1 moreOur new house had hot water when it was inspected, but after we moved in it was clear that there was not enough hot water to take even one shower. Called Allen's plumbing at about noon and they came the next day and replaced the water heater. They explained what was wrong with it, and even over the phone were careful to explain the different options we had. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality

+ 1 moreIt's a big company and they have a lot of employees. They come to you with a big van and they have all the parts to fix the problem. We have used them several times. I would refer them to everyone. They are very prompt and give you an estimate for everything that they are going to do before they do the work. You can either ask them to do the work or not do it. They are not cheap, but the quality is great.
