I will only use Zen Pool Services for my pool maintenance and minor repairs. First of all, I prefer a smaller company to support small business in Hawaii. Second, I appreciate the consistent quality of care and service for the last 14 years. Third, by using this small company, I minimize the number of service people who come into my property. My neighbors know exactly who is servicing my pool. Fourth, the pool service is a trusted, experienced company and came highly recommended by a friend. I have never had a major problem with the pool or a â  no showâ  by this company. Fifth, the owner is reachable during the rare instances when I have a question about my pool.

Conrad is terrific, extremely COMPETENT, upfront/explains everything related to the pool. English is his first language so there is no difficulty communicating and NO surprises. He is one of the most considerate people I have met and quick should you need to contact him. Wish I had more people who I could trust the way I trust him!

Conrad is so amazing and quick to respond. He is always upfront with costs and honest about repairs. He plans his cleanings around holidays so that your pool is in perfect shape for any guests and parties. Our pool equipment was put in by a blind monkey and Conrad diagnosed all of our issues and has worked around the problems so our pool runs and sparkles.
