Description of Work: I had a leak in my condo and so went to Angie's list to get a good plumber. Yamada Plumbing had good reviews so called them. Owner Glen answered and I set an appt for the next day at 9 a.m At 9:20 a.m. no show. Called owner Glenn and he had forgottten about the appt. My family and I had planned activies but had to cancel because of plumber's appt. He even hung up on me when I was mentioning the hardship he had caused. I called again and he stated that he could get someone to my home1 1/2 hours later. I did not trust this man any more so declined his services and hung up on him just as he had done to me. Never, never use this person's services!!!!! Simply awful!!!!

Description of Work: Our house had a sewer holding tank, which the city required when it was built back in 1991. The city sewer system has since been upgraded and we were allowed directly to the city sewer system. Yamada Plumbing had to bypass the tank and tie into the lateral city line. This meant hand digging the trench and pit at the connection points. They did a good job in preserving most of the existing lawn. The job was completed while we were away on vacation. Mr. Yamada came back to explain what they had done when we returned from our trip. I would use their services again.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. The price was reasonable as other places were charging about double what i paid with Yamada. They did the work according to what I wanted. I wanted the bathroom turned into a wet room. I showed them how and they followed my directions. I really like them. They did a good job. I don't see too much room for improvement for this company. They allowed me to give them a price I was willing to spend and they stuck to that price. I found no problems with the quality of work. I think that one of their sub contractors for tile laying did not mix the grout correctly so the color was slightly off. Yamada Plumbing though did a wonderful job. Mr. Yamada himself was there everyday to see how the work was going.
Description of Work: They performed a bathroom renovation for me. They built a wet room for me.
