Overall, this was a good experience. No problems, no haggling and a job well done. If I need another tree removed, I will contact them again and recommend them to others.

I was building a new house and most builders do not engage in removing large trees even with their escavators/back hoes. I priced around and most bids to remove and grind stump was $1

They were reasonable. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves.

I am taking down a existing house and building new and there were two large Evergreen's on property (I had watched growing up for 45+ yrs) but termites and wood rot caused concerns and had to make difficult decision to remove them. Due to the size of two large evergreen's building contractor wasn't equipped to remove in demo. My contractor referred me to Enriques owner and certified arborist of "The Tree Monkey". Enriques was prompt and professional in his bid and quite frankly the only one out of 4 services I called that prompt in response. (one didn't respond at all and another was no show for appt to view trees for removal and another was just delayed in quote). I found Enriques negotiated price was more than fare and hired them to do the job. The Tree Monkey and his crew was VERY PROFESSIONAL in appearance and level of expertise in performing the removal at hand. I was surprised at the number of crew he brought to the site, there must've been 5-6 men on the job cutting away perpetually with precision. Even the deconstruction crew taking apart the main house was impressed with their performance and the price of job performed. While on the job site Enriques (owner) proactively pointed out "rubbish tree's" (over grown weeds basically) that he would cut down at no charge, another sign of dedication to client experience and taking pride in his work. (rarity these days) Enriques told me that the White Cedar (specific type of Evergreen's being cut down) was great for cooking/BBQ'g and had his guy cut up some for me. His operation seemed more than capable of handling any removal, they brought their own large chipper and flat bedded a cat with a stump grinder attachment that made light work of grinding the large stumps down 18". The crew left the site with sidewalk broom clean and area free of job debris. Highly reccommended if you want a professional verse a weekend side job guy. Scope of work was performed in the projected time frame and beyond my expectations.
