Description of Work: They tented our house because of termite issues. Spot treatments were not working and they were obligated to tent. It was pretty quick (one day) and we were able to get back in although we all hated the prep and clean up.

Description of Work: House tenting. The job was performed recklessly which resulted in multiple damages to the roof tile. Terminex took no responsibility. They hid behind the contract that was not signed by me.

 + -1 moreAaron came within fifteen minutes of his call as he was in the area. I showed him the ants on my bed, and he sprayed the perimeter and then sprayed some areas inside (cracks) where the ants could gain entry. I signed up for their quarterly program. He says that you can call them when you are on their maintenance program if you have an emergency such as this.
Description of Work: I found ants in my bed after being bitten all night unable to sleep. Apparently they are attracted to sweat and possibly the fibers of the bedding I was using. I was frantic and called multiple different pest control places, but no one could help me the same day. Thank the heavens that Aaron who is the pest control for my area was able to come today and spray.

Description of Work: I found that there was a rat or a mouse in one of my kitchen cabinets on Saturday afternoon, and Sunday went to a Home Show, looking for pest control operators. Terminix was running a special on a 12 month pest control contract, which included rat/mouse baiting. They came out the next week (on Tuesday, I think) and set out rat traps and baited for ants, roaches, silverfish, etc. As I have an old house with a lot of potential entries for pets, I also purchased an "exclusion" contract in which they sealed up all potential points of entry. They took multiple before and after photos to demonstrate their work, and made a return trip to handle something that was not completely finished the first time. I am satisfied with their service and would do business with them again.

 + -1 moreThey come for quarterly visits and they will come back as much as you need during that quarter for any issues. They are much less expensive than the competition we have used before and I think they are better. We get the same person each time and he is terrific.
