 + -1 moreShowed up at my appointment which they had rescheduled, only to find out they failed to finalize the appointment. Front desk lady was rude and acted like it was my fault. I needed to call them back after they already spoke to me and asked if the new appointment time was ok. Not even an apology or offer to reschedule.
Description of Work: Went to have windows tinted.

 + -1 moreRemoved old tint and replaced with new. Job complete in about 4.5 hours with cleanup. Did a good job and the new tint really cooled down the rooms and cut down the glare. Had to vac area couple times to get up residue from tint, but in fairness the tint hadn't been replaced in years and came off like a fine dust. All in all good job.
Description of Work: Re-tinted kitchen window, two lanai sliding doors, and three bedroom windows.

 + -1 moreCalled to make an appointment and was scheduled promptly. I arrived early and the car was taken in prior to the appointment time. Car was ready when promised. The business did recommend installing new felt on the door trim to protect the new window film rather than just performing services as requested. This will prolong the life of the film. I am completely satisfied with the installation and service. The staff was professional and friendly. Great waiting area. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for window tinting services on Oahu.
Description of Work: The driver and passenger windows of our SUV were tinted with a top quality window film including installing new felt on the door trim.

 + -1 moreMaybe this place isn't as bad as I thought. There were some problems in the first round of me going there. I spoke with Tony the owner who is a stand up guy and very nice too. He was willing to work with me on the problems that I came across. Right now we are in the process of fixing things. I'll update with a proper review when all the work is finished. Right now though I can say so far I'm very pleased with how my situation is being handled.
