Overall I had a great experience working with Jackie and solartech industries. He was patient and explained the process and terminology to me. He recommended a system that would benefit me more than the electric company by adding more panels instead of a bigger battery. He was honest and transparent during the process by letting me know of possible issues that could come up during inspection, when I could see other companies just going ahead with the installation and dealing with the issues down the line. After, or even during, my pv installation we had Jackie and Solartech install pv on my mom’s house and they did a great job on that installation as well. He also made suggestions on that installation that seem to benefit my mom’s electric bill more than helping the electric company.
