Description of Work: Kathy Saito did the design of my apartment renovations, including ideas, plans and specifications, monitoring progress of contractors, and recommending contractor and materials providers. She was on time and within budget requested. I paid approximately $10,000 to Kathy Saito, and spent approximately $100,000 on the renovations.
