Jason kept in touch with me until the assessment of the job. I sent photos of the old window units. He tried to figure out how much heat that needed to be removed from the space which included size of the room, heat making devices, sun on walls and windows. Light fixtures, fans and circulation within the space. Then calculated the BTUs required for each space. Then purchased the proper fitment for each space and the supplies needed to complete the job. Came back within ample time to complete the job of installing 2 window units in one day. It took him time to assess, install, clean up . I provided refreshments and beer after the job was done. I highly recommend Jason, on his ability to figure out what is needed by the customer. Aloha from a very satisfied customer. ð ¤

After several failed attempts to get the deadbolt on our screen door unstuck, we called Jason. He arrived on time. Assessed the problem and offered the most reasonable solution…replace the door. He removed the old door, left to buy a new door, and installed it. All I in about 3 hours! His work was neat and professional. We highly recommend Jason. When I submitted a request for an air conditioner installation, Jason called promptly. I told him what I needed to get done and he offered me a fair price. He purchased the ac units, installed them, and disposed the units for me. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him for another estimate to fix and paint my outdoor stairwell. He offered me a great price and the very next day he was back again replacing my rotted out wooden steps. He brought along his wife and she did a beautiful job painting the whole stairwell. In one weekend he helped me knock out two big jobs that I had procrastinated to do for years. I am so grateful for his awesome 'can do' attitude and great work. I was looking for someone to put a very large window air conditioner in as soon as possible. I have medical reasons and have to use it 24/7. I had called several companies but, understandably they were all booked weeks out. When Jason and I met over the phone he was already booked for the day but said he would come over after he had completed that job. He is such a nice guy and I loved how he got to work. Mostly, I admired the work he did, very neat and the caulking was awesome. The reason I say this is because I have had 3 air conditioners put in over a 16 year period and each of them were done sloppy. Jason does many different jobs besides installing air conditioners and I can imagine he takes great pride in all he does. Give Jason a call I am sure you wont be disappointed
