Jason B. was very prompt, conscientious, professional, and skillful for carpentry work. We deeply appreciated his coming to do a fairly small job given his busy schedule. He was also very reasonable in his pricing. I highly recommend him for carpentry or other related work.

Jason not only knows his craft but worked well with me by making recommendations for accessories for installing my custom bike racks. He went over and above by bringing in his crew to install the garage overhead storage racks I wanted as well as wall tool storage and shoe racks. He was patient when answering my questions about what would/wouldn't work and waited for parts to arrive from the mainland due to shipping delays. I will definitely recommend his company for future work.

My old/heavy sliding door was at the point I needed 2 hands and all my strength to open it. Redo (Jason) and his associate came in and repaired it, so that now u can open it with 1 finger. They were fast, courteous and reasonably priced. SIX stars for Redo. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Jason was punctual, friendly and professional. As he fixed one door, he noted my other pocket door was having problems and fixed that on the spot too. Would definitely hire him again!

Jason is very professional, he called 20-30 min before he arrived to make sure everything was okay. He wanted to check out what kind of materials and tools would be needed. He was very well prepared. Jason also cleaned up well after himself so I didnt have to worry about cleaning up any sawdust. All trash he took with him.

Did not have required tools which required him to cut corners resulting in low quality finished job.

I needed to have the rollers on my sliding Lanai door replaced. I could not get the door open under any circumstances. Jason called me immediately and showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Jason and his assistant repaired the door within a half-hour. He cleaned up, picked up all the junk, and hauled away the trash all for one low price. I could not be happier with the work and the service and Jason and his helper. I can assure you I will be telling my friends about the good work that Redo Hawaii did for me, and I will recommend them highly!

Since this was done from a long distance, the job being in Honolulu while I was in California, I was only able to examine the work by photos. This is the reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5. By the photos, the job looked well done.

Jason responded right away to my request for repair of the closet sliding doors in my home. He came and completed the job on the same day as my request even though it was on a weekend. He was courteous and professional and easy to work with. I had asked him to do some extra tasks and he was more than willing to do so. Total cost of the job he completed was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again should I need repairs around my home.
