+ 0 moreI searched Nextdoor, Yelp, Angie’s List and Better Business Bureau for recommendations. In the process I came across Pueo Plumbing, and one of the reviews made me realize that I knew one of the owners (Jessica Stamm) from my time on the Neighborhood Board. Because of the excellent reviews and my connection with them I had them out to do the work this week. DJ (master plumber) came out and exceeded all my expectations! His work quality was excellent, and his demeanor was pleasant and friendly. I’ll have a second round of projects in a few months and I will look no further than Pueo Plumbing. The only thing better than supporting locally owned family businesses is when you also know the people behind the name!
Description of Work: I had several plumbing projects I needed done: capping off water and drain lines for a sink I removed, replacing the washer water/drain connection box in the laundry room, fixing a shower control valve, and replacing some hose bibs.

+ 1 moreFantastic! We had hired another company the week before, paid them, and after having the work done, the problem was recurring within a couple of days. We called Pueo Plumbing and they were here within a few hours! They used a longer snake and a camera and resolved the problem readily. It's worked great since then!

Description of Work: Pueo Plumbing came out twice for a potential leak of the upstairs shower. The first time they came out, they said they couldn't find a leak, but the shower pan would probably need to be replaced. They don't do that kind of work he said. I asked if they had a water detector that detects water that has absorbed in walls. They did not have one. I had another plumber come out who ran the shower for ten minutes and noticed the leak. He opened up the ceiling and noticed the pipe needed to be sealed. That was all there was. We paid Pueo Plumbing $350 to come out twice and they never did any work!! I do want to say, the girl who answers the phone is wonderful. So kind and professional. But the workers don't know what they are doing!
