Description of Work: Prudential Locations, was hired to represent my husband and I during the selling process of our million dollar home in hawaii. One of their real estate agents Monalisa Sabo is a scam artist who prays on the real estate public. She gave the keys to our house to supposedly potential buyers, unbeknownst to us; these so called buyers where her long term friends and then they proceeded to become squatters in our home for 8 months, never paying a month of rent. Even after calling the police and repeated attempts to remove them from our home, they stayed put with the keys that they were provided by from Prudential real estate agent Monalisa Sabo. Monalisa Sabo is also a Tax cheat, who defrauded the state of Hawaii out of tens of thousands of dollars in income tax. She has other court cases against her for refusing to pay her debts to small businesses. Check the Honolulu Judiciary for other court cases against her. In the end Monolisa Sabo in collaboration with the squatters cost my husband and I over $60,000 in back mortgage as we were not able to have our house listed for sell during this time, and were forced to evict them.
