+ -1 moreShe was very professional and the quality of her work was exceptional. She repaired the damage and matched the original color so well that any damage wasn't noticeable at all. When it came time to pay her, our method of payment ran into a few glitches, delaying getting her paid by more than a few weeks which would probably annoy most businesses. In her case she was very understanding, which I really appreciated. She was also very helpful in answering my questions about how to care for my furniture going forward.
Description of Work: She repaired large areas of scuffs and tears on my brand new leather furniture (Sofa and Loveseat), damage that happened during shipment to Hawaii.

+ -1 moreI can't recommend Sue and Profusion Leather Repair enough! I can't even tell where the hole in our sofa was. She is the nicest person, gives you a very thorough estimate including the pros and cons of her heat fusion method of repair, and her work is absolutely superb. And if she can't fix it, she'll coordinate with someone who can. Call Sue first if you have rips or holes in your leather furniture!
Description of Work: Sue fixed a 2" x 6" hole in our leather sofa that one of our dogs chewed in one of his less well behaved moments.
