Hpd protection order

Very poorly never finished even stripping or removing the old roof and walked off the job. We received water damage as a result! 1. Always showed up late 9:00 am to 10:00 am and left the job early 3:00 to 4:00 pm. did't show for a day and a half excuse was he thought it might rain. 2. We had a very light rain and we received water damage to the wall, carpet and hard wood floor. His excuse was it was his worker and not his fault. We still have the damage and have to repair it on our own! 3. He doesn't Know carpentry! a: Can't tell 1/2" plywood from 5/8" plywood. b: Doesn't know how to measure an angle cut of wood we had to replace some facia boards he broke and he cut them at a 45 degree angle not at the 22.5 degree and also cut them to short and split the wood with a nail gun set at to high a pressure. His excuse was it would be covered up with the drip flashing and it didn't matter. We had to rip it out and replace it with new wood. 4. He doesn't know how to measure a roof for materials I had to return 19 bundles of roof shingles almost 4 squares of materials. All through the job he said the roof was saying the roof was between 55 and 65 squares and when we built the house the take off was 45 squares. I said to him roofs don't grow do they? 5. He was very rude to my wife and yelled at her more that once! He almost got into a fight with one of the workers Aaron in our garage during one of the work days. Aaron was one of his best and hardest workers. 6. I was told and have not verified that he didn't pay some of his helpers. 7. We had to hire another crew to finish the roof after he walked off the job and when I asked him for money back to repair the water damage and what it cost to finish the job he just told me to sue him.

Thomas Traylor never showed up on time, he mismanaged his crew so that the work was not completed on time, and he repeatedly used his time to secure future work instead of focusing on the current job. Some of the laborers complained about how he treated them.
