dryer vent cleaning

Description of Work: On the first call, I was given a quote for a single job and for multiple jobs of up to 150 dryer vent cleanings since we live in a homeowners association of 289 owners. Nothing was put under contract and several voicemails were not returned. It seems this business cannot handle multiple jobs. I have decided to do it myself instead.

Description of Work: The dryer vent was challenging due to my two story house with attic, but the operator was able to manage it very well. A full plastic market bag was filled with lint and my gas dryer's drying time was significantly shortened. When reinstalling the retaining ring around the dryer duct the old ring would not make a good seal. The ring was replaced with a new one at no cost. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends.

dryer vent cleaning
 + -1 moreWas given a two hour arrival for work. They arrived 45 minutes into that time frame. Was very courteuos and professional with work and explanation of service. Service did not take all that long to complete. Explained about time frame for next cleaning after showing amount of debris found from cleaning. Thorougly cleaned the area afterwards as well.
Description of Work: Removed and inspected all connection to the upright dryer vent. Thorough cleaning of dryer from filter to wall connection. Inspected roof area after doing internal inspection. Showed me the amount of accumulated lint and other debris in vent which was substantial.
