+ 0 moreChris and his crew did an outstanding job in my kitchen remodeling. Chris is a very detail oriented person which drives his workers nuts but it benefits his customers. He is not a full service construction company but that is where you can save some money doing some of the legwork and research yourself. My showroom kitchen has an induction cooktop, wall mounted convection oven, beverage center and beautiful costa mesa granite all around.

+ -1 moreWork was performed on time and on budget. Crew was large and did their work clean and fast. The contractor provided practical suggestions and design ideas to Owner's architect. These ideas proved the least disruptive to the site in terms of excavation and equipment. When on the job, they discovered field conditions which changed their estimate (reduced the scope) which was credited back to the Owner.
Description of Work: This contract was part of a home renovation and remodel in which Owner was acting as GC. The contractor built a long sloped concrete ramp and walkway in the side yard of the house. The wheelchair accessible ramp included two level slabs, two sloped elevations and drainage swales as the property is on an incline. This contractor was selected following bids from 3 others. They were the most professional and considered all the factors involved. Scope of work: Demolition: Remove and haul away debris. Excavation and concrete: Install new catch basin and piping to drain to the side of car port. Pour concrete side walks and pads specified on site plan. Connect to existing slab at laundry area. Cut concrete wall of car port for wheel chair access. Plumbing: Excavate and relocate cleanout to new slab height.
