+ -1 moreOverall - will never use or recommend. Never heard from Paradise Roofing in reponse to our phone calls. If Paradise Roofing reads this and would like to refund the $890.00 - that would only be right on their part. We have given up on them after 3 weeks of calling and have hired another recommended roofer.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roof for $19,000.00 and it started to leak only 4 years later. They sent someone out to repair, but "that part of roof" was not under warranty (flat roof). Charged $890 to make the repair. Paid 1/2 and they repaired. Still leaked within days of with next rain. Came out and repaired again. ( Our check for final 1/2 had not arrived). "Roof leak repaired - No rain to test for a while and we paid the other 1/2 for full total. Days later with next rain roof still leaks. Called solid for one whole week and left message on their answering service. No response. Next week called every other day. No response. We still have a leak in the roof and out the $890 on top of the original $19,000 we paid 4 years ago.
