 + -1 moreThey wanted to start early, then failed to show up the second day. When emailed...because they never answer the phone, they indicated technical difficulty. They worked the next 2 days and showed up the 3rd day after a rain saying they would be back in 2 hours...they never showed back up. Who knows when they will show back up. Terrible customer service...typical of the service provided on this island.

 + -1 moreOwner was nice, responsive, not the cheapest quote, but judged him as my best option. Repairs/carpentry was barely average/had to keep correcting/prodding him along the way. Final invoice included 2 change orders we had discussed but he never submitted for approval. He knocked off $500, then charged 3% credit card fee, so it was pretty much a wash. I would not use again.
