Do not use this company, or you will regret it. I actually paid for a conservative estimate for a project last year specifically because I did not want them to lowball me. The architect and electrician are now available, so I emailed to confirm the estimate, and after taking 2 weeks to get back to me, they informed me the cost went up 23% in one year! When asked about it, the owner said he was surprised the initial estimate was so low (even though he was the one who gave the estimate). Then the front office lady said we did not pay for the estimate, even though I have an invoice for it. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I entered $0 for the cost since I am not using them for my project

The men were very professional and it totally matches my original tiles. I will only deal with these plumbers as I have total trust in them that they will do a good job, but that they will correct any problems that come up in regard to their service. The work ethic of all Ray's workers is fantastic.

Excellent work by head plumber and assistants. I have used them before and have never been disappointed in their work. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to my phone call so I would not use them in an emergency. I would give them an excellent overall rating if their prices/rates were a little better. For minor repairs, I use less expensive plumbers now. You would think they would give me a break in their rates since I used them so much.

Excellent work, excellent service. Price (labor and materials) seemed a little high. Suggest buying your own materials and having them just install them. They probably have to mark the supplies/materials up substantially to make money off of them. Materials seemed like they were almost 50% more than the price you could buy them for at Home Depot. Might have them bid by job rather than having them come in and do it on their regular hourly basis. Homeowner of apartment wants to see if a different company might be less expensive next time.
