The price is amazing! If that's an obstacle (it always is for us) then you've found the right spot. Roselle helped me and she was most helpful. You just have to make sure you have the exact measurements of your kitchen or bath and your imagination. Whatever you want, they can give you options depending on your measurements. The company is not hard to find, but their showroom is a little small. Maybe a little renovation to their store front would be more attractive. I had everything picked out and they delivered it in a HUGE bread van. I had another granite guy pick up the granite and cut and install himself. Don't know how Ohana Building Supply does their granite work, but the granite slab itself was also cheaper than the other places. Within a year, two of the soft close drawers didn't function like it was supposed to. I called Roselle and she said to bring it in and she'll replace it. I have 3 kids and finding time to disassemble the drawer, bring it to Ohana Building Supply to swap out, and then bring it back and reinstall it would have take a while. So I just left it. I will definitely use them again though. Great company.

Price estimate was Great for what the product. Problem was that Granite we choose did not end up being installed completely, they informed me that one of the sections cracked, I asked if the Sale person could choose another section that matches, she said that she would do it. When workers installed the Granite the Stove area did not match the rest of the Granite, it was a darker shade which is very noticeable. We the Sales person inspected the completed kitchen, I mentioned the problem and mentioned to the Sales Person that she did not match the Granite well, she said she never went down to the warehouse to match it, she left it to the workers to get another piece, I wanted her to match it because she had a good eye for colors. She offered not remedy just a promise that the workers would be back to fix some minor defects in the installation and that she would work something out. As of this date no one has contacte me with the problems. I guess you get what you pay for. A companies word and reputation is what creates a long time business. I feel that because of their excellent price, you have to accept what comes along with it. You can decide if this is right for you. They were all very pleasant but no follow up on after installation issues.
