About us

About Us OBM was created to bring a personal touch combined with professional care to the tenants/clients of our customers. We strive on continuous communication with our customers to build trust in knowing that their needs will be taken care of. OBM was founded by Leon Lange in 2003. Over many years in maintenance and working with developers we learned the value of quick response to counter tenet's upset over lack of care and professionalism. With over 40 years of cultivating building and maintenance driven businesses, that passionate understanding of making things work helped in better management of equipment, response time and quality. It allowed us to provide the following services and experience in: - Completed removal and reinstallation of chiller systems. - Removal and replacement of wet decks in cooling towers. - Insulations of chemical injections system into the water systems of cooling towers. - Maintaining water cooled package units in ceiling in student housing (old hotels) - Maintaining water cooled package units that supplied entire commercial floors. - Management of numerous single family home development sites. - Maintenance and management of Commercial and AOAO condominium buildings. - Maintenance and management of over a 1000 acre industrial & commercial site. - Maintenance and management of college student housing. - Build out of commercial space for tenets. - Work with contractors on the turnover of constructions to commercial venders’ and military. OBM is a personal size maintenance, cleaning and construction entity. We feel that our size gives us an advantage in personal care and communication. We have an office staff that documents projects, schedules and a billing system that provides complete information. Our field Management started come from the ground and understands the needs of our scope of work. Finally, we believe that we can be a valuable asset in our future relationship.
