+ -1 moreThey were no frills. Showed up exactly when expected. Finished exactly when we were told. They were all business and didn't mess around. they did a fine, though not perfect, job. Communications with the owner could have been easier (e.g. he doesn't provide his cell number and he doesn't like to talk much), but overall we were satisfied with the service. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreNISHIMURA FLOOR SVC Nishimura Floor Service, did a generally good job. I really liked them as a sub-contractor and have known their name for many, many years, they were the first choice, we paid a little more but, we got a lot more.
Description of Work: NISHIMURA FLOOR SVC - Hardwood Flooring Sales/Installation/Refinishing I used Nishimura Floor Service, about two years ago and spend about $2,500. They completely refinished an oak floor that was very beat up and damaged and termite eating as well, they replaced boards, then refinished the whole thing and replaced a couple of thresholds.
