cabinet refacing
 + -1 moreWe bought a house a couple of years ago and the cabinets were peeling. Contacted Mark and he replaced some of the cabinets under warranty. Contacted him again when the cabinets started peeling again. States he showed up, but we did not hear from him. Contacted him again and he stated warranty was expired and would try to get a discount to replace. After over a year of contacting him, he never got back to us. He would only pick up the phone when we used another phone number and then he would just get off the phone and said he was still working on it. We filed a complaint with RICO and BBB and he still refused to help us replace the cabinets. We are trying to sell our house and ended up having to hire someone else to do the job. Completely unethical and dishonest.

 + -1 moreJob went smoothly, once it got started. They hire sub contractors to do the bathroom work, and only did the refacing of the cabinets.
