On time. Polite. Professional. Ivan did a fantastic job! He arrived to find no power in the building and couldn’t have been more gracious about waiting for power to be restored thirty minutes later.

Quick simple job. We did not get our moneys worth. The rug still reeked of pet urine.

Upon arrival, increased previous quote. (they should have visited the property before giving Estimate). I provided all information over phone. I informed it was a move-out cleaning. He complained about the house. Did not clean major blinds in living room. Did not clean 2 cabinets in kitchen. Did not clean all baseboards in kitchen. Property Manager asked them to come back and complete what they did not finish. As well as asked if they would clean walls in bedroom. They stated they do not do walls. Which is fine. But they would not return to finish what they did not complete, and was paid for. Will not reccomend or encourage anyone else to use this Company.

Ivan responded very quickly and gave us a quote the very next day when he came over. I also kept adding more rooms/carpets for him to clean and he was able to complete the job in a time manner. Nice work as well !

The owner came to my house twice before accepting the job. It was a BIG job. He emailed me a proposal for 3 days: two junk removal and cleaning (*clean everything* were his exact wordsin the email) and one additional for carpet cleaning. They came on Friday to start the junk removal and cleaning, arriving at 0930 and leaving at 1430. Almost all of the junk and rubbish was gone (as well as some stuff that was not supposed to go, but that is my spouses fault) and a little of the cleaning was done. They were to come back the next day for more of the same per our agreement; however, my spouse indicated Ivan was coming back to do the carpets on the second day, even though much of the carpet was not cleared for cleaning. When Ivan came back the next day I thanked them for what they had done but pointed out that there was still a lot of cleaning to be done in every room. He said they had worked hard and I agreed to that, but when I pointed out all the stuff that was not done he grew irate and said the cleaner, *Is not a maid.* NO cleaning was done in any room except the kitchen (floor and rubbish removal) and bathroom (commode and top of sink area) but nowhere else in the house had received any cleaning attention. The sink was heaping with dishes and stove parts and the counters, microwave, stove, etc. had not been cleaned at all.. He was very irate, kept cutting me off when I tried to speak about what we had agreed to, and insisted they had worked very hard. In the end he offered me $300 off of the $2900 we had agreed upon and I said I would give him only $2000 because I would now have to hire someone else. I did not think $2000 for five hours work was reasonable or fair, but he was so irate I just wanted him to leave. My neighbor (and landlord) heard the entire exchange and was poised to step in. Ivan told me I was a terrible and mean person and that he hoped Karma would get me back for treating him this way. And what about the way he treated me? He was judgmental about the job and charged me, in the end, $2000 for 5 hours of work after having done only 1/3 of what we agreed to. I understand he hired a truck. I understand he hired people. I understand they worked hard. But he did not finish the job and I ended up paying him too much just to get him to leave because he was berating me, wouldn't listen to me when I spoke, and was starting to scare me a little. All of these people who think Ivan is so great should have been at my house that day to see how he was when confronted about not having lived up to his proposal for this job.

Owner was timely with getting back to me on answering any questions. He was on time for appointment and finished the job in a timely manner. Overall, excellent customer service and will hire him again!

That Ivan is a great example of a small businessman who's customers come first. My carpets sparkle! Will hire Mr. Clean again!
