Punctual, friendly, and considerate.

I really appreciate their responsiveness and affordable prices at Mr. Clean Hawaii. However, the work quality was very bad. I contacted them after another company gave me a ridiculously overpriced quote. They came the same day I called which I appreciated. We have light carpet and only had a couple of minor dirt stains because we do not wear shoes in our home. The carpet looked good when it was wet but when it dried there were new brown stains on the carpet and the carpet cleaner did not get the stains out at all. I called Ivan about it and he claimed that his carpet cleaner is the best. He did not offer to clean it again. We ended up having to pay our landlord $400 for another company to come and clean the carpets again after we already paid Mr. Clean $177.00. The lesson I learned is that you get what you pay for.

Ivan called immediately following my request for service. He was timely in his availability. He showed up on time. He was professional and thoughtful in helping me move a couple of items of furniture. He was considerate of me talking on the phone when he needed to turn his machine on and considerate of me as I needed to complete my call when he had finished the job. I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, his professionalism and his thoughtful consideration of his client.

Cleaned 10-year old wool rugs for first time. Both look good.

Kind and quick

Ivan called me with an estimate of $100 to come and clean my 5x7 wool and cotton carpet. I hired him as I had a number of calls before him with higher estimates. I was not going over $100. He came the next day promptly at 9am with his machine. He spot cleaned and shampooed the rug and it looks great. He was polite and professional.

Courteous and knowledgeable. I had a one room carpet cleaning request with older furniture stains and a hair color/dyer spot that unfortunately, could not be removed (10+ y/o carpet), but was satisfied with the overall outcome. Thank-you for coming out to the Leeward side!

The main areas were done very well with pre-spotting and Ivan showed me how dirty the processed water was. I had to fill up three 5-gal. buckets with water for him, and he did not have a means to clear some carpet dustiness under a desk credenza. He also did not offer to do a retreatment (a 2nd pass) over the heavily trafficked hallway and walk areas.

Timely, equipment n workmanship top notch n carpet looked like new even in areas w heavy traffic n stains! Excellent service!

It was best I’ve ever had. Carpet was cleanest possible with no odor behind. Work was done in timely manner, leaving no area untouched.Cleaner used best chem dry products.on market. Cleaner was courteous, sensitive, understanding of my disability. Carpet felt and looked like new. He removed any and all stains. I would recommend his work to anyone. esp who wants the best carpet cleaning work available.

Mr. Clean did a good job. We had few bathrooms, carpet shampooing, livingroom, familyroom, and kitchen cleaned.
