great job and a fair price.

One one employee arrived to clean the house. Seems like a lot for one person. Some spots did not come out of carpet and the issue was not addressed by the employee. Would have like some dialogue on the issue if he obviously could not get the spots out. Customer service however was great. Friendly and very punctual. Even confirmed the day before and called when on the way.

I was worried the carpet wouldn't dry in humid Kaneohe weather, but did in two days, and my carpet is clean and crisp!

Ivan was very helpful and was able to do the job very quickly and very well. He s very friendly, punctual and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. Thanks Ivan!

Ivan was not only professional but he's a genuinely nice person. We own a store and asked him to clean the carpet on the sales floor along with certain well-traveled areas in the back stockroom but he covered more area than we asked him to. There were also some stubborn stains including glue that had seeped up through some of the edges of our carpet tile. We did not expect any of the glue to come off and told him not to worry about it but Ivan treated and scrubbed the glue residue. To our surprise, he was able to get most of it. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him.

Ivan was both professional and friendly. He called and ask if he could come before the appointment time which was better for me. He went about his business and completed the cleaning of my carpet and stairway on time. He gave me advice on safety and getting the carpet to dry faster.

Mr clean uses top notch carpet cleaning equipment thus carpeting gets cleaner than standard water extraction machines

Mr Clean is great. He did a tremendous job and left our condo sparkling clean. He (and his helper) were very friendly and professional. Given the many mirrors, windows, and other hard-to-clean places, I could not have asked for a better job. Will be bringing him back on a regular basis in the future. Really high marks for a job well done!
