Description of Work: Sometimes the service was great and others no so great. It really depended on which people showed up to do the cleaning. I ended my contract early, by mutual agreement, due to the issues. |Please note I foster kittens/cats and that seemed to be what caused some of the issues; cat hair, litter, etc. | |The owners are great though! They listen and respond quickly to any issues. If I didn't have all the cats I would probably try them again.

Description of Work: I have been using the service every week. Two weeks ago, the maids opened the door and the gate and let my dog out of the property and one of the neighbors found my dog injured. I took my dog to the vet and found his tail broken. It looks like he got an accident. I contacted the office about this, but they would not return my calls. Last year, the maids lost the house keys and we had to replace the keys for our security. That time they reimbursed the cost of the key replacemet. But no reply this time. I told them I have two dogs in the house when they came for the estimate. They have it on file. I paid $493.20 to the vet for the X-ray, medication and the office visit and nothing from them.

Description of Work: "Team arrived late due to traffic between assignments. Thought the price - over $300 was too much for 1 bedroom 2 baths in a 700 square foot apt. Top of refrigerator not touched, other areas did not meet expectations. I sent pictures to ask if the job met their standards -no reply received and it has been over a week. C grade is giving them the benefit of the doubt - as they were all very nice people."
